Our clubroom is located at Plimmerton Domain (off Douglass Close), adjacent to Plimmerton railway station and a stone's throw from Plimmerton village and the beach.
Driving directions: From State Highway 59, turn onto Ulric Street at the roundabout north of Plimmerton, then immediately left onto Douglass Close. Turn right just before the Palmers Garden Centre entrance over the small bridge into Plimmerton Domain, and you’ll see the Mana Arts Society clubroom building on the left, with plenty of parking nearby.
Public transport: There are regular Kapiti Line trains serving Plimmerton railway station. Walk north along the platform, down into the pedestrian subway and turn right, following the footpath into the carpark adjacent to Plimmerton Domain. You'll see the clubroom building ahead of you just to the right.
From Plimmerton village (on foot or bike): Take the pedestrian subway under the railway line from Steyne Avenue and walk straight through to the other side where the clubroom building is located opposite Plimmerton Domain.
Accessibility and facilities: There is disabled parking right outside the clubroom and a ramp into the building. The clubroom contains a small kitchenette and accessible toilet, and there are also the Plimmerton Domain public toilets in the carpark.
Visiting us
We have various art groups working in the clubroom most weekday mornings (10am - 12pm) - if you're in the neighbourhood and see our 'open' sign outside, pop in to say hello and see what our members are up to.
Private groups sometimes hire our clubrooms, so please don't disturb them if you see non-art activities happening inside.
If you're keen to find out more or want to enquire about joining the club, please get in touch. We'd love to hear from you!
